The United State Canoeing Association has recently adopted the Adirondack Watershed Alliance and New York Paddle Sport Association recommendations for Stock Class specifications. The Stock Class has long been the main competitive class in Adirondack races. Paddlers are able to use the same boat for back country travel and racing against folks with similar craft.
